What a huge success!!

AUGUST 6th at 6PM, Cavalier County Fire, Emergency Medical Services, Law Enforcement, Public Safety Communications, Emergency Management and Public Works, Public Health, Social Services and CCMH, along with many volunteer organizations held a mock scenario on the 700-800 blocks of 17th Avenue in Langdon. At approximately 6PM a mock tornado destroyed these blocks.

Actors were exceptional, they added a true level of adrenaline to the exercise. Participants and observers around the neighborhood, made all of us feel welcome. I want to extend a sincere THANK YOU to all who live there and to those who participated in the exercise.

We all learned so much from the exercise. Plans will be changed to include the lessons we all learned.
