Township Officers,

When repairing roads in the coming year, that were damaged in the 2009 flood, PLEASE…look at the Scope of Work on your copy of the Project Work Sheet and follow it, making sure that the contractor, that your township uses has set up the detailed billing correctly, as it applies to the scope of work.  This will save needless headaches later when audit time comes around.

PLEASE INCLUDE, COST TO REPAIR ROADS TO PREVIOUS CONDITION.
